Our Gadbrook Park office in Northwich is looking to recruit an Office Administration Assistant to support the Team.
Hours: Full or Part Time.
Purpose of Role: Providing high level, comprehensive administrative and reception support to the Gadbrook Park office Team.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Reception cover on Monday.
2. Filing, faxing and photocopying as required.
3. Escorting clients for document swearing.
4. Keeping up to date on shredding confidential waste paper throughout the office.
5. Taking the banking to the Bank each day.
6. Inputting information provided by fee earners onto the database as required.
7. Shopping for office supplies.
8. Collection and delivery of DX and Royal Mail including dealing with special and recorded deliveries.
9. Assisting senior member of staff in opening the post and then distributing as necessary.
10. Locating archived files and documents and delivery of same as required.
11. Maintaining the archived storage areas in a neat and tidy state.
12. Such other tasks as the firm may from time to time require.
Knowledge / Skills:
1. Communicate effectively and courteously and convey information accurately.
2. Work calmly and accurately under pressure.
3. Work co-operatively with other staff.
4. Keyboard skills would be an advantage.
5. Willingness and ability to learn new technology.
