Qualifications Full GMC registration FRCR or equivalent registration Entry on Specialist Register (CCT or entry expected within 6 months of interview date) Knowledge of legislation relating to Radiology e.g.: IR(ME)R 2000 Evidence of CPD Knowledge of RCR Professional code of Conduct Knowledge of the latest RCR and NICE guidance A wide grounding during training of all aspects of General Radiology including cross sectional imaging CT, MRI & Ultrasound Experience of teaching undergraduates, postgraduates and trainee specialists Understand principles and participated in audit activity Understand the principles of Clinical Governance and demonstrate experience of evidence based practice Ability to apply research outcomes to clinical and Radiological problems Specific Competencies Experience in breast Radiology Able to evaluate own Radiological practice Able to demonstrate innovative thinking Be able to work effectively in a team Able to demonstrate effective leadership skills Ability to organise and develop service provision Able to manage own time effectively and prioritise work accordingly
