Key Requirements: Sector Experience: Proven experience recruiting into the Renewables and Cleantech sectors. Leadership Skills: Senior recruiter or current manager with the ambition to build and grow a division from the ground up. Business Development: A track record of successful business development and client onboarding, billing over £250K per annum. Industry Network: Established presence in the sector with strong LinkedIn engagement, followers, and a robust network. Expertise: Deep knowledge and expertise in Renewables and Cleantech.
