Turner Schools has an exciting opportunity for a Trust Senior Plant Maintenance Technician to work across all schools and sites within the Trust. We are seeking a candidate with high standards to support the Deputy Facilities Manager with preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring the plant machinery across the Trust is kept in good working order. You must have an eye for detail, be highly motivated, and have a flexible approach to work to ensure our schools are places where children thrive and knowledge matters.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications/experience:
* Experience of plant maintenance functions (desirable).
* Hold a qualification in, or willing to be trained in one, or a multiple of, the following skills:
* Hold a minimum Level 3 NVQ or equivalent within an electrical discipline.
* Electrical installation/maintenance (to Edition 18), Plumbing and/or other recognisable trades (essential).
* Experience of working with, or willing to be trained in the use of Computer Assisted Facilities Management Software (CAFM) (essential).
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
* Own Transport (essential).
* Previous Management Experience.
