The role of a Business Development Executive (BDE) Generate new business within your sector and be aware of upcoming projects. The opportunity to work with top businesses and exciting clients across the construction, demolition, water, energy and rail sector Build rapport within your customer base, to establish needs, determine decision-makers and present how WCCTV’s products and services can support their requirements. Arrange well-qualified appointments, with the decision-makers, for our account managers to close the deal. Continuous development of your company, product, sector and competitor knowledge – become an expert in your field Generate calls in excess of 70 per day with a minimum of 90 mins call time per day in order to create that lasting impression. Desired Experience/Qualifications/person spec: Experience in a sales or business development role: if you have made a start to your career in sales but you are looking to explore something new, this could be a great opportunity Bachelors degree in a business related field Experience working with KPIs or towards targets A high level of spoken communication Confidence in cold calling and handling a high number of outbound/inbound calls each day You are passionate and competitive – sales isn’t always easy, so with the right passion to succeed and competitive nature, you will thrive in this role Strong money-motivation : you will work with key account managers to generate revenue for WCCTV, and in return you will earn commission/bonuses on each meeting you schedule/deal secured You are coachable and solution focused : we are not expecting results on day one, we will coach, develop and mentor you, however we are looking for someone who is able to think independently and find profitable outcomes for clients What’s on offer?
