Finance & Corporate Resources (Transactions) require a Customer Services Development Officer to join their Customer Services Development team.
You will contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of improved solutions for our Finance (Transactions) teams, review council wide contact channels and support our frontline Customer Services teams to enable fulfilment of customer requests. This will involve maintaining web and intranet content for Finance Transactions, SMS Text messaging administration and participation and involvement in the corporate telephony group.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to helping our teams improve and develop their service delivery through continuous improvement, while retaining a focus on providing a quality service to our customers.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to display relevant IT skills. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player. An understanding of channel shift and Digital services is desirable but not essential.
