We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Team Leader for Medical Secretaries/Clinic Co-ordinators
This is a permanent role working 28 hours per week. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide effective and efficient coordination and staff management for the Unity Sexual Health service based at Central Health Clinic, Tower Hill, Bristol
The post holder will have a range of coordinating, administrative and staff management experience, ideally in a hospital environment, though other administration/PA experience will be considered.
Working in a busy environment within a supportive team, we are seeking an individual who is able to demonstrate good leadership and team player qualities. You will need to manage and prioritise both your own and your teams workload appropriately.
You will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative as required.
This post has contact with patients and healthcare professionals via telephone and Teams so applicants must have excellent communication skills with a courteous and efficient telephone manner.
We are seeking a candidate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
