The role
:
1. Handling customer enquiries and requests.
2. Managing outlook inboxes.
3. Placing orders with headquarters in USA.
4. Resolving customer queries in a professional manner.
5. Keeping records of discussions and correspondence with customers.
6. Using a multitude of systems.
7. Collaborating with internal and external departments internationally.
8. Improving quality of service.
9. Supporting good working relationships throughout the business.
10. Producing invoices and following end of month procedures.
Experience/Skills Required:
11. The successful applicant will be trained in the use and maintenance of the customer order processing system and trained across the product lines.
12. Confident and efficient telephone mannerism.
13. Proficient in MS working platforms.
14. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
15. Ability to work effectively with a team.
