The role of Digital Marketing Executive involves general activity to keep the business at the forefront of potential customers, existing customers, and IBM. It also involves specific tasks related to particular marketing campaigns and supporting staff with customer interaction by maintaining high-quality and consistently branded documents.
About the role:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, ensuring that their brand resonates with potential customers and current clients alike. This dynamic role offers you the opportunity to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, and create engaging content that showcases the company. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including their Customer Success and Commercial teams, to elevate messaging and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Other duties will include:
1. Lead and manage all marketing activities to optimise exposure and effectiveness.
2. Craft and refine marketing strategies in alignment with company objectives.
3. Develop and maintain compelling marketing content that reflects the image.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing collateral.
5. Produce, edit, and manage video content for our YouTube channel.
6. Collaborate with an external Digital Marketing Agency to enhance our web presence and optimise for search engines.
7. Regularly update website content and manage marketing campaigns.
8. Analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities through Google Analytics and adjust strategies as needed.
9. Build engaging case studies with input from the Customer Success team.
10. Coordinate input to marketing content from all staff members and inspire teamwork across departments.
About you:
You will ideally have previous experience in video creation and production, coupled with graphic design skills using software such as Canva and Camtasia. You will possess excellent written communication skills, demonstrating confidence in producing and editing engaging content for digital marketing initiatives. A collaborative team player, you can influence and inspire colleagues across departments to contribute to content creation. While proficiency in Excel is desirable, we are happy to provide training.
On offer is a salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience. Working full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a remote working role with occasional travel/access to IBM in central London, this is essential.
