Service Delivery Manager - Wales & West Midlands
Salary: £36,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: Field based role supporting 5 locations in Wales and West Midlands
Requirements: Clean UK Manual Driver License essential for the role
We\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Our ideal Service Delivery Manager will:
1. Have knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
2. Display leadership skills and knowledge
3. Demonstrate a real passion for food and customer service
4. Be financially and commercially astute
5. Possess good communication skills - both written and verbal
6. Have good computer skills
7. Exhibit interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills
8. Have a 'Can do' attitude
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Promoting a safety culture and ensuring the Catering and Retail teams operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures
2. Managing the Catering and Retail labour, equipment & resources budget
3. Ensuring the Catering and Retail operation continually improves
4. Effectively engaging and managing the Catering and Retail team
5. Ensuring the delivery and quality of the Catering and Retail operation aligns with the client service level agreement and company procedures
6. Managing third-party suppliers or contractors as required, ensuring they meet or exceed agreed service level agreements
