Overview:
Wessex Fleet are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Administrator to join our team. As a key customer contact, you will be responsible for providing help and support to our client base across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Outstanding organisational skills
* Be capable of multi-tasking effectively
* Be very strong administratively
* Be an excellent communicator
* A commitment and drive to provide market leading customer service
* Experience of managing third party suppliers effectively
* An understanding of the motor trade would be a distinct advantage
Responsibilities for this role include:
* Liaising with customers to resolve queries quickly
* Arranging vehicle repairs - servicing, tyres, accident repairs, glass replacement
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure vehicles are off road as little as possible
* Developing relationships with clients to ensure smooth transactions
* Handling vehicle related administration
