Great opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor to join our busy team. Focusing on our Supply Chain and Operations business area, you’ll deliver excellence in the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on high volume HGV Driver and Warehouse Operative vacancies. Responsible for a number of sites, you will sift applications and screen candidates quickly and efficiently, liaise with hiring managers to ensure high calibre candidates are booked in for interviews in a timely manner and make sure outcomes are communicated effectively, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
This is a home-based role working Monday–Friday, 39 hours per week; however, there is a requirement for you to occasionally travel (which may include an overnight stay) to support recruitment activities and attend team meetings or internal workshops. A full driving licence and your own transport is required, with any travel being re-claimed via expenses.
To be successful in this role, you must have proven, solid experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns involving multiple roles across multiple sites simultaneously, with equal focus. Experience of recruiting within an extremely fast-paced sector such as FMCG is essential. You will have worked closely with hiring managers to drive process and achieve results, and also share your knowledge of recruitment to support the upskilling of line managers.
You will have a good eye for detail and experience using ATS systems to manage the candidate journey, ensuring candidate and vacancy data is accurate at all times. You’ll be committed to delivering an excellent service to candidates and hiring managers alike and will thrive working in a busy environment. Your organisational skills will be second to none, and you’ll be process-driven, having the ability to manage your workload and re-prioritise effectively. Your written and verbal communication skills will be strong, and you will enjoy building effective working relationships, having the confidence to challenge and question appropriately and drive compliance to processes and policies.
