Salary up to £28kFirst 1-3 months office based with hybrid working afterPURPOSE To work with Solicitors and Paralegals and provide support with document preparation for clients and court proceedings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Transcribing dictation from a digital dictation system* Production of accurate, timely and professionally presented documentation * Scanning, allocating, filing, photocopying and archiving legal paperwork* Managing files on the case management system* Handling telephone calls into the department including liaising with clients and professional contacts/third parties * Supporting Solicitors in diary management, including organising meetings * Supporting secretarial staff across all sites, in person or remotely, as required* Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the requirements of the firm and GDPR * Complete any other duties as requested by your line manager or other more senior colleague within the firm Ideally, Dispute and Resolution experience / PI experience.
