Job Description
Key elements of the role:
1. Lead, develop and manage the delivery, implementation and reporting of the global marketing strategy to achieve the businesses strategic objectives.
2. Manage the development and implementation of global campaigns across all channels including advertising, PR, social media, website, email marketing, SEO, PPC and events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
3. Analyse and report on campaign performance, using KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimise for improvement.
4. Manage the launch of new solutions and initiatives, identifying audience segmentation for both internal and external stakeholders globally and create global / local market marketing campaigns to support the launch.
5. Oversee the creation of marketing content, including copywriting, design, video, and other creative materials to ensure brand consistency.
6. Oversee and manage financial budgets.
7. Work with the global leadership team to coordinate and manage internal communications and support with charity initiatives.
8. Responsible for the CRM email marketing automation platform to drive and execute campaigns through the lead nurturing process and improve the lead process for sales team
9. Partner and collaborate with wider Marketing & Comms community in NIQ to drive awareness of Brandbank across the wider commercial organisations
Key Qualifications:
10. University Degree (Master or higher) in marketing, communications, business management or equivalent experience.
11. 8–10 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Account Management, preferably in FMCG or related industry or at marketing agencies with respective clientele.
12. Comprehensive knowledge of revenue marketing and digital marketing, experience in content marketing and in steering agencies with measurable results
13. Proficient in MS software packages along with CRM suites and marketing automation tools such as MS Dynamics
14. Skilled and experienced in strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns on regional/local digital channels, not limited to LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram and programmatic advertising
15. Language Fluency and Proficiency in English
16. Team leadership experience preferred

17. Ability to have a strategic marketing perspective in enabling business growth while keeping a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and hands-on approach
18. Ability to manage and successfully partner with global, region and country stakeholders, especially but not limited to commercial leaders
19. Results-driven and savvy in data analysis when measuring campaigns' impact and adjusts strategy accordingly. Ability to leverage the full marketing mix and communication tools to drive demand into funnel for revenue impact and strengthening brand value and preference
20. Ability to operate and lead in complex matrixed and high paced organization, adept communicator and entrepreneurial influencer, with strong execution skills to deliver results under pressure.
21. Ability to identify and solve or escalate potential challenges, issues and barriers to communication effectiveness and using influence, diplomacy, critical-thinking and creative problem-solving to address them
22. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate marketing to both commercial and external stakeholders .
