Role Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Bar & Experiences Hosts and Retail Hosts at our stunning waterside distillery in Salcombe, Devon.
Your Retail Duties:
* Product Knowledge:Deliver in-depth knowledge of our spirits, offering personalised recommendations and engaging tastings.
* Sales Assistant:Assist customers with their purchases, ensuring a smooth and positive transaction experience.
* Brand Ambassador:Be the face of Salcombe Distilling Company, upholding our brand values and creating a welcoming environment.
Your Bar & Experience Duties:
* Mixology:Prepare and serve a range of classic and innovative cocktails.
* Exceptional Service:Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
* Distillery Tours & Tastings:Lead engaging and informative tours, sharing the history and craft behind our spirits.
* Maintain High Standards:Adhere to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Passionate about spirits and cocktails
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environments
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
* Strong sales and customer service skills
* Previous experience in retail and/or hospitality is preferred
