Salary: £13 - £15 an hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract: 2-Months, Temp to Perm

Based in Girvan, we're looking for a dedicated and organised HR Administrator to join our client on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting HR operations.
Role Overview
As the HR Administrator, you'll be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment support, employee on boarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will play a crucial role in supporting both our HR team and employees across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and on-boarding new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HR database.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Assist in organising employee training and development programs.What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an HR administrative role is advantageous. However general Administration experience is also beneficial
Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.What We Offer
