An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Brigg and Epworth Agency.
About the role:
As a Customer Services Adviser within our team, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and our customers are always happy. Providing exceptional customer service, you will handle enquiries and complete insurance policy changes with a “can-do” proactive enthusiasm. You will relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. The role is to work across both offices as the needs of the business dictate.

About you:
• A people person with drive, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and relationship building abilities.
• Proactive and the ability to work independently.
• Experience of and an understanding of the insurance/financial sector is preferable but not essential.
• Strong IT literacy: experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems is an advantage.
• Minimum requirement of Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English.
