About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Accounts Executive to support our finance function, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. Reporting to the CEO & COO, this role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to financial administration. You will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting reporting processes to help drive Cult Mia’s success.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, reconcile payments, and manage supplier accounts.
* Financial Administration: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring timely data entry and reconciliations.
* Bank Reconciliations: Assist in reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
* Expense Management: Support employee expense processing and compliance with company policies.
* Month-End Support: Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support financial processes and improve efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
* 1-3 years of experience in an accounts assistant or finance administration role.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and proficiency in Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
