Your Role - A Strategic Leadership Opportunity We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the product strategy, development, and execution for the Atlantics market. In this role, you will drive the commercial success of our product and services portfolio, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. As a key partner to sales, marketing, and global teams, you will translate market insights into impactful strategies, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to customers, professional partners, and stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing: Strategic Product Planning & Market Development Define and execute the product portfolio strategy for the Atlantics region, ensuring alignment with Cochlear's global vision. Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from users, clinicians, and sales teams to shape product roadmaps. Collaborate with EMEA and Global Marketing teams to identify new product opportunities and influence early-stage development. Conduct competitor analysis to differentiate our products and position them effectively in the market. Present business cases for new technologies, ensuring informed decision-making for adoption or exclusion in the region. Product Lifecycle Management Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from introduction to retirement, ensuring sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Define pricing strategies in collaboration with EMEA and local sales teams. Lead new product launches, working closely with marketing and field teams to drive awareness and demand. Monitor sales performance and market trends, leveraging data to optimize strategies. Ensure all stakeholders are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge, training, and messaging. Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership Build strong partnerships with sales teams, providing insights and product expertise to support business growth. Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture. Work closely with regulatory and reimbursement teams to navigate market access challenges. Support tender submissions, ensuring alignment with key account objectives. Champion a customer-centric approach, continuously improving the user experience. Performance Metrics & Business Impact Define KPIs to measure product success, including revenue growth, market share, and customer adoption. Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Manage suppliers and external partners, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. Your Profile - The Experience & Skills You Bring You are a strategic thinker, strong leader, and commercial innovator with a passion for medical devices and market growth. You thrive in cross-functional, global environments, bringing together technical, marketing, and sales expertise to drive success. Your Background & Expertise 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably within medical devices or healthcare. Proven track record in product management and lifecycle strategy. Experience in audiology or hearing loss solutions is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, regulations, and reimbursement processes. Experience in a global matrix organization, successfully managing cross-border projects.
