You will have a vision for how the Ward and team can be developed and be able to demonstrate evidence of how you have met goals in your current role. You will also be expected to provide evidence of how your leadership skills have positively affected team dynamics and improved clinical standards within your current role. You must be able to motivate staff to achieve high standards and possess excellent communication skills to ensure that the aims of the organisation are achieved. Suitably experienced applicants are welcomed from all nursing specialities.
