THE ROLE
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Head of Service Delivery is accountable for the performance of the Installs division (circa 500 people and growing) - managing client contracts, maintaining high-quality service, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and promoting the company's professional image. The role requires a strong commercial and operational understanding to drive delivery to targets and develop remedial/growth plans where needed.
The position has 2 senior positions as direct reports, Head of Field Operations and Contracts Manager and will work closely with other Circet Home leads as well as those in the wide Circet Ire & UK group.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support Client management with Client reporting requirements.
2. Manage our OpenReach client contract, maximising revenue and reducing risk.
3. Maintain a high standard of service quality while adhering to health and safety regulations.
4. Be the expert on Service Delivery.
5. Stay updated on industry changes and champion these changes within the organisation.
6. Contribute new ideas and innovations to enhance operations.
7. Embrace challenges and aim for continuous improvement.
8. Develop a strategic plan for the account short, medium and long term.
9. Identify tailored solutions for client needs.
10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
11. Represent the client's needs when communicating with the internal business structure.
12. Lead senior client meetings and quarterly reviews.
13. Working with Group colleagues understand how we can improve our offering.
14. Develop commercial bids for new services with our commercial team.
15. Implement legal agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
16. Manage existing accounts commercially, meeting growth targets aligned with business plans.
17. Liaise with our Finance team on budget and forecasts for accounts and to narrate actual vs plan monthly.
18. Present performance results at senior level internally and with client.
19. Understand KPI performance and drive improvements through Salesforce reporting capabilities.
20. Support and develop direct reports to continuously improve.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

2. Strong communication skills proven at senior and field level.
3. Outstanding presentation skills and ability to confidently handle questions.
4. Demonstrable analytical skills.
5. Experience of delivering to budget.
6. Progressive leadership skills with willingness to develop our stars of the future.
7. Minimum five-year experience working within the Telecoms / Utilities industry at a senior management level.
