KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As an Assembler at Bremont, you will be part of a team assembling high-quality mechanical watches. You will be responsible for completing the necessary steps to build and check Bremont timepieces from a kit of components.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assemble complete watches from kits/components in a sequential manner.
* Test products in accordance with Bremont’s specifications.
* Perform quality control during assembly for components.
* Participate in stock takes for components, consumables, and tools when required.
* Enter assembly data for tracking production flow.
* Undertake training and implement updated working practices for new products and procedures.
* Coach colleagues and share knowledge to enhance team productivity.
* Ensure quality of tools and equipment through appropriate maintenance.
* Understand and safely operate equipment and tools in the environment.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The successful candidates will have:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs.
* Experience in delicate handwork.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment fulfilling routine tasks.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
* 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8-4:30.
* Onsite work at our HQ in Henley on Thames.
* Work autonomously and alongside a team of 15.
* Standard 4-month probation process.
* 1-month notice period.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Stage 1
1-hour interview and 2-hour bench test with hiring manager and HR in person. Smart casual dress code for onsite interview.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
