We're working alongside a leading specialist practice, recruiting a Legal Administrator to join my clients Business Support unit based in their Leeds office. Offering hybrid working, this role will be joining a small team of highly skilled business support professionals and will be key in providing administrative support across all practice areas of the firm, but with a primary focus on Private Client matters. This role is perfect for a seasoned Legal Administrator/Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary that’s looking for their next challenge.
Responsibilities include:
o Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including word processing, diary management, filing, archiving, emailing, photocopying, and handling telephone inquiries.
o Perform additional secretarial and administrative duties as required.
o Maintain clear and precise communications with colleagues.
o Handle telephone inquiries efficiently, ensuring messages are promptly addressed.
o Comply with relevant regulations, including Money Laundering Regulations, Solicitors' Accounts Rules, and other professional guidelines.
o Maintain files in compliance with best practice standards.
o Follow the firm's complaints procedure.
o Provide additional support via the Big Hand dictation system where capacity allows.
What we need from you:
o High personal standards of work.
o Strong IT skills.
o Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal Administrator/Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary.
