Are you an organised Aseptic Nights Stager / Operative with a great depth of experience in Pharmaceutical maufacturing or Aseptic units? Due to business growth, we are looking to expand our Aseptic Services Unit. As an Aspeptic Nights Stager / Operative, you would be responsible for sterilising machines and rooms ready for the next day's production in the Aseptic Services Unit. This role will be 37.5 per hours a week Sunday-Thursday, 10pm - 6am and it will be based in Runcorn. Working within the Aseptic suite, you will be gowned to the required standards and be required to follow the company standard operation procedures Stripping down the EM2400 machine prior to cleaning activities, disposing of waste as per the standard operation procedures and performing line clearance at the end of production Preparing the Grade B rooms ready for the cleaning of the Grade A cabinets and isolators Cleaning the Grade A cabinets and EM2400 machines according to the defined method, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete Transferring the ingredients and inlets into the Grade A cabinet as per standard operation procedures, ready for a compounder to spike Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the following days EM2400 production Ensuring the cleaning of the Aseptic suite has been performed before entry into Grade B Working to a production plan deliver batches to the compounding schedule Transferring raw materials for production into the compounding suites Ensuring all cleaning activities are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with standard operating procedure Ensuring the appropriate disposal of waste from the compounding/manufacturing area in accordance with current procedures Recording and communicating any issues affecting quality or efficiency Aseptic or Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is essential Ability to work alone or as part of a team to deliver a plan Trained in manual handling procedures Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH familiarity A good understanding of cGMP requirements Basic verbal and written communication skills Benefits Contributory Pension Scheme (rises with service) Role specific tailored training and development plan Life Insurance (4 x salary, death in service) 25 days holiday (rises to 27 after 5 years service) and ability to buy/sell holidays Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Leave Professional fees paid Bike to work scheme Long Service Awards Employee Assistance Programme Free onsite parking and subsidised canteen Blue Light Card Company funded family days out We are proud to foster a workplace free from discrimination.
