Someone with: Strong knowledge and experience in housing management, tenancy sustainment, and compliance. Experience in building maintenance and property management. A sound understanding of the main Health & Safety Regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with tenants, colleagues, and external agencies. Strong leadership skills to manage a team and oversee housing operations. Ability to assess risks and resolve tenant-related issues effectively. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work. Commitment to high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE INCLUDE? To oversee the management of properties, ensuring tenants receive high-quality housing services and support. To provide leadership to the Housing Officer(s) and Maintenance Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. To manage and develop the team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance. To manage void properties and work towards achieving turnaround targets in collaboration with the Maintenance Officer. To ensure all tenancy agreements, move-ins, and move-outs comply with administrative, legal, and contractual obligations. To liaise with Local Authorities and external agencies to ensure compliance with housing policies and tenant welfare requirements. To oversee tenancy sustainment, providing guidance and intervention when necessary to prevent breaches. To manage estate inspections, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, grounds maintenance, and property upkeep. To oversee and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance checks, ensuring properties remain in excellent condition. To handle tenant complaints efficiently, ensuring resolution in line with Ezzi Lettings Solutions’ procedures. To monitor and manage Anti-Social Behaviour cases, escalating to relevant authorities when needed. To ensure statutory safety checks, risk assessments, and property inspections are conducted and documented properly. To attend and lead internal and external meetings as required, representing Ezzi Lettings Solutions professionally. To ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory responsibilities in relation to housing management. To maintain accurate records and administrative systems to support efficient service delivery.
