To prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menus and recipes
· Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner and meets quality standards
· Help manage stock control, ordering and receiving supplies as needed to ensure our kitchen is fully stocked, as well as adherence to daily/weekly legal documentation
· To take deliveries and rotate stock effectively
· Maintain a clean and organised work area

· Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple demands during busy periods
Must be able to work 2/4 weekends
