As a Senior Quality Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical systems data and supporting the Product Integrity team in driving continuous improvement across the business. From complaints management to supplier performance reviews and product withdrawals, this role will challenge and inspire you every day.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and prepare KPI reports with key stakeholders to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
2. Coordinate and administer product withdrawals and recalls.
3. Manage and update data in electronic systems to support Product Integrity and key business teams.
4. Oversee product testing, reporting, and in-market surveillance to ensure compliance and quality.
5. Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
6. Request, manage, and track critical documents from suppliers, such as product specs and transformation data.
7. Compile and analyze data for supplier performance reviews and quality assessments.
8. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve product quality issues and enhance quality control.
Location: Hybrid (2 x per week) in our Nuneaton Offices
The Person
Key Requirements:
1. Experience of or understanding of supplier assurance or experience in a similar administrative role. (Raw materials) - Essential
2. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Essential
3. Awareness of and passion for food safety culture
4. Experience from within food retail or manufacturing - desirable
5. Awareness of document control systems - desirable
6. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
7. A collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building or stakeholder management skills
8. Able to work independently, demonstrating initiative and responsibility
