Job Description
As a Sales Administrator you will be taking orders from customers and processing on the system ensuring excellent product knowledge and a smooth delivery process.You will be also dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of enquiries providing a high level of customer care.The role will also include updating the databases and general administrative duties.
