Real Life Options is a reputable and caring provider of support services for individuals with Learning Disabilities. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of the people we support by promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Coordinator to join the team in our Coventry services. You will be overseeing the daily operations of our Coventry outreach and supported living services.
Qualifications and Experience
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
The Role
You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the support services. In addition, you will be responsible for quality care, delivering person-centred care and support plans, focusing on individuals' choices and goals. You will ensure regulatory compliance, ensuring that the home complies with all relevant legislation. You will support staff development, fostering a culture of continuous development. You will implement and maintain health and safety protocols.

Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. Your shifts are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call duties depending on the needs of the people we support.
An enhanced adult DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
