x1F31F; Learning support Mentor Role Overview:
As a Learning Support Mentor, you will:
* Support groups of children across the key stages, focusing on bridging gaps in their learning.
* Deliver targeted interventions in core subjects, tailoring sessions to individual needs.
* Work with pupils of lower and middle ability, helping them stay on track and meet their targets.
* Collaborate closely with teachers to ensure each child receives the support they need to flourish and grow.
