We are currently recruiting for a Field Multi Skilled Engineer to work in the West Midlands: Coventry & Worcestershire.
Work pattern: 37 hours Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. / 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on a rota basis plus Out of Hours.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate Trade Engineer - Carpenter (Multiskilled) to join a Maintenance Operations team.
This role involves working in housing where you can make a real difference. The responsibilities of the Trade Engineer - Carpenter will include:
1. Carrying out repairs in a social housing setting relating to residential properties, public buildings, and commercial properties.
As a Trade Engineer - Carpenter, you will need to have:
1. A Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry.
2. A full UK driving licence.
3. Proven ability in all aspects of Carpentry and associated skills including diagnosis of work problems.
4. Experience of Carpentry repairs to tenanted homes & empty homes.
5. A wide range of multi-skilling abilities in other trades, including plumbing, wall tiling, decorating, plastering, bricklaying, fencing, slabbing, roofing.
6. Experience of health and safety best practices and procedures, with the ability to provide examples of compliance within a maintenance environment.
7. Experience of dealing with customers and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
8. Experience of working within the social housing sector in delivering maintenance of occupied properties is preferable.
