Turtl is a London-based B2B SaaS company. Founded in 2015, we have grown to 440 customers and 100 team members. Initially bootstrapped and later angel-funded, we completed a successful Series A round with Octopus Ventures in late 2021. Our mission is to put performance at the heart of every online document. We do this by providing a market-leading content platform based on the psychology of how we read, backed by intuitive authoring tools, market-leading analytics and patented personalization capabilities. The documents our customers produce on our platform cover a wide range of use cases – from thought leadership to proposals and from case studies to partner comms – and have been independently proven to engage readers for up to 10x longer than the available alternatives, such as PDF. Turtl is squarely focused on the next exciting stage of growth and the many new opportunities and challenges this will bring, including the potential for seven figure deals with blue chip logos driven by our most unique and differentiated product capabilities. This presents a very exciting opportunity for the right Enterprise Sales Director. LONDON Our London office is located within WeWork, Liverpool Street, a unique coworking space in the heart of East London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working and networking, this is home to a broad range of teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal and People teams. We have an on-site cafe, wellness room, weekly wellness and cultural events, as well as fully stocked kitchens within the building. THE ROLE For the right individual, this individual contributor role presents a very exciting opportunity to take a new and differentiated product with serious economic and strategic value into some of the biggest names in the technology space and adjacent verticals. A new use case for our most unique and patent-protected personalization functionality has recently emerged. This involves using Turtl to drive content production efficiency within large sales teams and has been proven to deliver exceptional time savings and ROI in a way that other solutions on the market cannot. These productivity gains can then flow through to the top or bottom line as desired by the business in question, resulting in seven-figure license opportunities. The growth potential here is substantial, with significant opportunities within our current customer base and a broader market ready for expansion. We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director who can navigate this landscape effectively, turning high-potential opportunities into major deals. If you excel at building strategic relationships, understanding complex business needs, and closing high-value deals, then this role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will drive revenue growth by sourcing, managing, and closing 6 and 7-figure opportunities with both new and existing customers, leveraging Turtl’s unique product capabilities. You'll strategically prospect into targeted enterprise-level accounts to ensure Turtl’s presence across all major segments. As you lead the full sales cycle, you'll effectively coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored, problem-solving solutions. Your involvement doesn’t end with the sale; you’ll stay engaged post-sale to ensure value delivery, expand deals, and drive long-term customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will contribute to the continuous refinement of our strategic approach, informed by your field experience and market feedback. By understanding the business strategies and challenges of prospects, you’ll align our product to their needs, creating scalable deployment visions. You'll build consensus across functions and levels by effectively mapping and engaging with key stakeholders. You will take a prescriptive approach with senior stakeholders to drive progress and filter out less viable opportunities early on. Collaboratively, you will work with customer operational roles to uncover additional value, drive pilots, and secure buy-in. You’ll build and refine credible business cases for each prospect, clearly articulating and defending ROI. You will know when to leverage senior executives, board members, and others to advance conversations and unlock new opportunities. You'll develop a deep understanding of both the customer and competitive landscape to facilitate informed business dialogues with C-level contacts.
