Main duties of the job The role will primarily support admin staff within our Central Functions Team based within Kendray Hospital Barnsley. This will be supported through strong development plans, team working and examination of structures. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for managing staff and therefore will possess HR Management skills and will have previously held a supervisory role. Our administrative team support clinical colleagues in the delivery of a quality patient experience. You will help to lead in the ongoing development of a full and comprehensive administrative support service within Barnsleys Physical Health and Wellbeing Care Group and the Central Functions Team. By joining the existing team, you will become a strong team player and assist us to further develop our team. The successful candidate will be educated to NVQ level 4 in Business Admin or possess an equivalent qualification or experience in a relevant discipline.
