Job Description Rolls Royce Care/Yocova Administrator Full time Derby We have an opportunity for a highly skilled Administrator to join the Rolls-Royce Care team within Civil Aerospace. You will provide customers access to our services as well as providing identity and access management support. What you will be doing: Customer and user Account management and administration. Day-to-day user support both internally and externally facing. Focal point for Rolls-Royce users, acting as key administrator on user account and additional access requirements. Assistance in defining, maintaining and defining user training material. Assistance in defining, maintaining and defining knowledge support articles. Liaising with IT ecosystem providers including Compucentre, DxC, Azure, Yocova etc Data processing/manipulation maintaining metrics as required in support of Rolls-Royce Care.
