The Marine Recruiter (Recruiter) plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for global shipboard Marine operations. This role focuses on the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting the hiring targets for shipboard positions. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to deliver a pipeline of highly qualified talent across various departments.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with shifting priorities.
Plusses:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Experience recruiting for marine, or cruise industry highly preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRMs, and Smartsheets a plus.
