Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of projects in conjunction with other business functions to ensure milestones within the program are met.
2. Maintain the Risk Register, document actions, and track mitigation efforts.
3. Control project budgets, monitoring expenditures against approved allocations.
4. Present project overviews to key stakeholders at a senior level.
5. Oversee due diligence and work with the project team to mitigate risks in line with the program and budget.
6. Update and monitor the project action log.
7. Ensure design assurance by coordinating all aspects of design development.
8. Collaborate and communicate with the Construction team.
9. Oversee and update modeling inputs throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team.
11. Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to influence stakeholders and support investment decisions.
12. Manage the HSE file to capture actions and decisions in line with CDM best practices.
13. A core aspect of the role will involve collaborating with all areas of the business; building relationships and working towards a common goal will be essential.
