This is a full-time, permanent, Grade 8 role with hybrid working, and a salary of £44,355 to £48,446 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Development team.
The Role:
As a Power Platform Developer, you will report to our Digital Service Lead. You will design, develop and support automations, intuitive dashboards, data models, and reporting. Your expertise will enable business users to make critical decisions based on clear, actionable insights.
You will have the opportunity to learn new technologies that support the IT and Digital Strategy while working with a welcoming and encouraging team. These technologies include Power-BI, Power Automate, webservice integrations and APIs, workflows, and many other systems to help deliver efficiencies across the council.
Your role will involve:
* Developing and leading on key projects, ensuring the team delivers to meet requirements.
* Providing professional expertise to assist with strategic decisions on the design of the Power Platform, so that the Borough can derive optimum benefits from the appropriate technologies.
* Providing technical support for supported applications, integrations, and services.
* Responding to technology advancements and the introduction of new systems and programming languages.
* Ensuring configuration and changes are managed and controlled throughout the software development lifecycle and are aligned to industry security and design best practices.
