The role of Cover Supervisor is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual, who possesses the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students. As a Cover Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising students during short term teacher absences and assist in preparing the learning environment and the materials required. You will cover lessons of any subject using the cover work set by the teacher, set high expectations to motivate and challenge students whilst managing behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment. The post would ideally suit an individual considering a teaching career, but applications are welcome from any candidate with integrity, imagination and energy for this rewarding role.
