Engaging with operational managers to support the accurate collation of time & attendance of our Key Account Network field operational placemakers.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure escalation of any pending issue to Management within the SLA agreement.
2. Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers.
3. Collate and input data into relevant reporting systems to enable efficient recovery of cleans.
4. Accurately input place makers' overtime, absence, and pay rates into the system.
5. Accurately link place makers to timesheets.
6. Provide query support for front line placemakers.
7. Complete all anomaly types accurately before the payroll deadline.
8. Process all requests from managers in relation to placemakers' time & attendance accurately.
9. Maintain and update relevant trackers, forms, and reports.
10. Analyze data relating to time & attendance.
11. Complete mandatory notes accurately and in a timely manner within relevant systems.
12. Follow up on requests for support.
13. Prepare documents and reports to send to internal teams and/or external customers daily.
14. Write and edit company correspondence.
15. Coordinate and manage designated regions through all forms of communication.
16. Provide feedback on Operational Support efficiency and suggest possible improvements.
17. Carry out any other duties required by the business within the scope of the role.
18. Ensure customer care principles are always practiced.
19. Adopt a flexible and proactive approach, responding to frequently changing work priorities.
20. Support and maintain office Health and Safety rules.
21. Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent application of personnel policies and procedures.
