If you're a self-motivated individual with a strong eye for detail, eager to learn and collaborate, this is your opportunity to contribute to impactful creative projects About the role The Associate Production Artist is responsible for supporting the design and production of marketing and sales materials that adhere to established corporate brand standards. This role focuses on using existing templates, working collaboratively with Senior Designers, and contributing to production efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of professional experience or relevant internships and demonstrate a passion for learning new skills and refining existing design abilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated entry-level designer to grow into more creative and strategic roles over time. Key Responsibilities Assist in producing branded visual assets for emails, websites, presentations, eBooks, trade show/event visuals, videos, social media content, and promotional materials. Use existing templates and collaborate with Senior Designers to ensure project quality and consistency. Create and improve templates to streamline production workflows and efficiencies. Understand web asset formats, specs, and best practices to create optimized digital designs. Assist in creating impactful presentations, such as PowerPoint decks, for internal and external use. Take creative direction from Senior Designers while contributing ideas for projects as needed. Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and align with project goals. Work closely with the creative team using project management tools like Asana. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on larger projects, ensuring smooth coordination and execution Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Intermediate expertise in core design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Required Knowledge and Skills Familiarity with additional tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is helpful but not required. Experience creating or editing presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint. Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools. Solid understanding of web formats and specs for asset creation. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established brand guidelines. Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Interest in growing into more creative and strategic design roles.
