Job Description:
30 hours per week, full year, ideally Monday to Thursday.
We are looking for a professional and well-organised individual to provide generalist support across a busy HR function, including undertaking recruitment interviews and supporting case work as necessary.
With specific responsibilities for staff development, pensions, and leavers, our ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, highly IT proficient (Word and Excel in particular), and have experience of working in a customer-focused HR related environment. Additionally, as a minimum, they should hold (or be prepared to work towards) a Level 3 CIPD qualification, as well as Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
This post is primarily based at Blossomfield Campus but may include occasional travel to Woodlands Campus or Stratford-upon-Avon College.
