Job Overview
This role is responsible for the provision of performance and management information for internal and external stakeholders, related to the Southern Water Customer Division. General duties include processing, reviewing, analysing and reporting of performance and related issues, as well as supporting on regulatory and process change.
1. Deliver timely fit for purpose reporting within agreed SLAs. Continuously improve the efficiency of reports to add value and allow for the focus to be on analysing the data rather than processing it.
2. Produce performance reporting from numerous data sources regarding individual performance vs KPI’s, team performance vs targets and process regulatory performance. This will require you to develop an in-depth knowledge of processes and systems to ensure accuracy.
3. Transform data into clear visualisation to meet the stakeholders needs and allow them to see the complete picture.
4. Support the wider team by providing the information required to make informed decisions on a wide range of topics (including provision of data to external stakeholders such as MOSL, WaterUK and Ofwat). .
About You
5. Good understanding and working experience of compiling and generating performance reports and management information.
6. Strong data handling, technical skills and experience with information validation using Excel and other analytical tools.
7. Data manipulation skills and experience.
8. Experience working with reporting and analysis packages and extracting data from corporate systems (e.g. Service Now (or other CRM), Qlikview, Alteryx, Power BI would be advantageous).
9. Ability and confidence to communicate appropriately with a range of audiences including peers, senior colleagues and specialists at all levels of the organisation
Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home. We are offering a salary of circa £33,000 per annum depending on skills and experience as well as other benefits including:
