What you’ll do As a member of the Communication, Capability, and Engagement team focusing on learning and development, you'll work with stakeholders to create high-quality communication and learning materials for our frontline, giving them the essential information they need to succeed. You will manage the implementation of large-scale learning and development initiatives, ensuring the training is effective for our frontline colleagues. This includes reviewing new operational training materials, keeping existing training up to date, and identifying new training needs for our frontline teams. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure new and existing training material is up to date and relevant for all frontline areas. You will prepare detailed briefing packs and learning to support launches. You will represent the Communication, Capability, and Engagement team at key meetings with stakeholders to ensure that learning and development, communication and engagement project plans (e.g., Learning and Development, HR, Internal Communications) are aligned and consistent. You will act as a trusted advisor to support in defining learning requirements and align communication and engagement to ensure our frontline teams can successfully support new launches. You will maintain a feedback culture within the team and with stakeholders to support the continuous improvement of our team, department, and function. Who you are You will have a strong background in learning and development, with the ability to create and deliver effective training programs. You will have proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale learning and development initiatives. You will understand learning and communication governance and delivery processes. You will have clear, creative, professional, and positive verbal and written communication including extensive Excel skills and Microsoft PowerPoint & Outlook.
