If you are an animal lover with a passion for providing top-notch customer service, then read on because we're on the hunt for two Practice Hosts to join their amazing team in their newest veterinary clinic As a Practice Host, you'll greet clients, answer phones with a pleasant attitude, and schedule appointments with the speed of a cheetah. You'll also assist their furry patients with check-ins and weigh-ins and make sure they feel as comfortable as a cat in a sunbeam. What You’ll Do: Be the Friendly Face: - Greet clients and their pets with a warm smile and cheerful attitude. - Make everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Client Communication Whiz: - Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and friendliness. - Schedule appointments, send reminders, and manage their busy calendar. - Provide clients with information about services, treatments, and products. Pet Advocate: - Assist pet owners with bookings, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date. - Help clients understand treatment plans and follow-up care instructions. - Handle pet-related inquiries with empathy and expertise. Organisational Superstar: - Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. - Keep client records organised and confidential. - Process payments and manage billing with accuracy and efficiency. Team Supporter: - Collaborate with veterinarians, nurses, and other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations. - Assist with clinic events, promotions, and community outreach activities.
