We are currently looking for our future Senior Key Account Manager who will be based in Wabtec. Salary: £Competitive Location: LN5 7FD, Lincoln Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Who will you be working with? You will be reporting to the Commercial Director. How will you make a difference? As a Head of Sales, you will be managing and leading a group of key account managers for several high-profile OEM customers from around the globe. You will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction to ensure that Napier Turbochargers is the supplier of choice for all current and new engine platforms. What do we want to know from you? - Ideally you will hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in customer relations or account management, preferably within the OEM sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Ability to lead and motivate a team. - You are fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking, listening). What will your typical day look like? - Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients, understanding and addressing their specific needs and concerns. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. - Analyse customer feedback, monitor customer satisfaction metrics, and report on key performance indicators. - Develop and execute customer service policies and procedures tailored to clients. - Coordinate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business with existing clients. - Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior management. - Participate in initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
