Responsibilities
Develop and manage subsidy program budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Analyze financial data and reporting to assess the performance and effectiveness of subsidy programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement financial strategies for subsidy initiatives.
Monitor program expenditures and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and financial policies.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate financial status and subsidy impact to stakeholders.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and government bodies to ensure compliance with subsidy-related laws and regulations.
Lead the assessment of funding applications and review eligibility criteria for subsidy programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within subsidy or grant programs.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance related to subsidies and financing.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including budgeting and financial analysis applications.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills with experience in presenting financial information to diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
