All Saints Youth Project is an established, community-based provision based in All Saints Centre. We deliver a range of support and activities for young people aged 11 to 21 years old (25 with additional needs) and their families since 1988. We have grown from an established history of open youth work at All Saints Church to become a major youth project for young people and their parents/carers. We have a strong commitment to developing an inclusive project open to all young people, regardless of ability or background, to support their transition from adolescence to adulthood. Together with the Family Support team, this enables us to deliver an integrated approach by addressing the needs of the family. The All Saints Youth Project is headed by a voluntary management committee. Our work is maintained through ongoing fundraising from a range of sources including grants and trusts.
We are looking for an experienced, committed, confident and dynamic individual to lead our diverse team of youth workers at All Saints Youth Project in the heart of Kings Heath. Our values are important to us, these include being young people centered, kind and caring and we expect our youth workers to embody these.
