An great opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a growing and dynamic Business whose key mission is to achieve a zero-carbon future, to develop new Clients and business opportunities to strengthen company growth.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to follow these responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Renewable Energy and Solar industry
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Negotiating and closing sales deals
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required of a great Business Development Manager:
* Proven experience in sales and business development
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge or industry experience within renewable energy solutions
* Strong understanding of the Energy and construction industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems
