In this role, you will be responsible for conducting Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys, along with other residential surveying tasks for a variety of clients. Experience Proven experience in conducting AssocRICS residential building surveys Strong knowledge of a wide range of structural and building defects Ability to prepare and present comprehensive, accurate survey reports Clear and concise communication, providing justified conclusions Self-reliance in working independently and as part of a team Confidence in liaising with clients, both verbally and through written correspondence
