Title : Freelance Digital Account Manager Start : Monday 5th May Length : 1 month (good chance of long extension) Client : Digital Agency Day rate : £250 per day (maximum) IR35 : Inside IR35 (The client has requested an Umbrella to be used, not Ltd or Sole trader) Hybrid working : 5 days per week (Unchangeable) - 3 days a week in-house on Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday (the other 2 days will be remote) Location : Central East London Brief : - Leading all digital projects. - Focus on strategy, execution and overseeing delivery. - Not including digital comms (e.g. online advertising campaigns). - Some Social and CRM experience is also required and important. - Clear understanding and implementation of the approval systems. - Partnering with digital client partners and the client technology team. - Working with the Account Project Management and Strategy team. - Lead the strategic development of all website, platform digital solutions. - Understand the creative process: UX and design, managing expectations. - Financial management: tracking budgets and managing financial processes. - Understanding of contractual obligations, commercial arrangements & SLA. - Work with the Business Director for the smooth running of DX deliverables. - Experienced Digital Account Manager working across the full range of digital services from UX, to build, to SEO. - Automotive experience strongly preferred, especially luxury automotive. - Working closely with Project Management and the Account Director to deliver against agreed Client / Agency strategies. - Working knowledge of interaction design, user-centred experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process. - Must have a strong background in managing digital solutions, including digital strategy, UX, design, technical builds, SEO, and analytics.
